Oxford United Women are please to announce their staff list for the 2024/25 season, now complete with the addition of Shaun Green, who has officially stepped in to the Assistant Manager role.

Women's General Manager Gemma Simms told us: "One of the most important ingredients of a successful team is the group of staff leading them. Each member of staff has qualities that contribute to what we are trying to achieve, meaning we can provide full support for players both on and off the pitch.

"We had some very tough times last season and it was the passion and commitment of people like Kath, Shaun and others that helped us get through that.

"Shaun contributes massively to the club, across both the women’s and girls' programmes and I’m really pleased for him to be stepping up to assist Sam."

Manager Sam Rose added: "The team behind the team are a brilliant group of people who work tirelessly to support myself and the players, and they are seriously passionate about the continued development of the women’s team here at Oxford United."

United's Head of Football Development and Academy Manager, Stevie Kinniburgh, said: "It's great to see the women's and girls' programmes going from strength to strength, all thanks to such a brilliant backroom team.

"The dedication of the staff is unrivalled and this helps contribute to such strong and well-developed programmes.

"I genuinely believe that there are great things on the horizon for the Oxford United women's pathway, and the current set up will only help to hasten its progress.

"It's a very exciting time for this group and I'm looking forward to seeing what they will achieve."
