Our Guard of Honour on Saturday when the U’s take on Wycombe Wanderers are players from Abingdon Youth Under 9 Yellows and Greens.
Both teams play in the Oxfordshire Youth Football League and are playing great football at training and during their 7-a-side matches on Saturday mornings. Most of the team have been with Abingdon Youth since they began playing football in AYFC Colts and have built great friendships on and off the pitch.
The players are extremely excited to welcome their heroes Oxford United and Wycombe onto the pitch and hope Oxford United continue their fantastic start to the season.
