Oxford United’s exciting young striker Gatlin O’Donkor has joined Oxford City on a work experience loan.
Gatlin is a first-year scholar who is top scorer for the under 18s this season. He joins City ahead of their home game against Tonbridge Angels this afternoon.
“It will be a good loan for him,” Academy Manager Dan Harris told us. “We have given a lot of our scholars a chance to play competitive senior football this season and we know City are going really well and will also look after him and help him develop”.
Goalkeeper Kie Plumley has also gone out on loan, joining Faversham Town.
