With the relaxation of lockdown restrictions in sight, the club are pleased to report that we have reached an agreement with Thames Travel to restart the OX2, OX3 and OX7 football special bus services starting with our first Sky Bet League 1 home game against Charlton Athletic on August 13th
The buses provide a simple and cheap way to get to and from home games with a number of routes across the city and Oxfordshire .
The OX2 starts at Didcot and picks up in Steventon, Drayton and Abingdon.
The OX3 starts at Carterton and then picks up at Brize Norton, Witney, Eynsham and Botley, while the OX7 picks up at various stops in Kidlington as well as along the Banbury Road, Marston and Headington.
Double-decker buses run for all league matches (Saturdays only for the OX2) with cup games decided on an individual basis.
The club will continue to work with Thames Travel to ensure that the buses are run with all safety advice and protocols followed, such as mask wearing, contactless payment and so on.
Full details on these follow nearer the Charlton Athletic game along with full timetables for the coming season.
