Oxford United in the Community is seeking qualified part-time football coaches to work for the charity.
Oxford United’s official charity is looking for FA Level 1 or above-accredited football coaches to join the community team.
Paid part-time coaching roles are available for suitable candidates to deliver various programmes across the county supporting children and young people aged between 4 and 18 and potentially working with adults, including older people.
Chris Lowes, Head of Oxford United in the Community, said: “This is an excellent opportunity for qualified coaches to work with the fast-growing, ambitious team to help make a difference to the community in Oxfordshire. In recent months, the charity has launched a range of activities working with diverse groups within local communities and these coaching roles will be supporting some of those activities.”
“We deliver football programmes in a fun, safe and positive environment and use coaching methods to ensure every participant is treated as an individual to help them reach their potential.”
“There are real opportunities for coaches who are ambitious and keen to grow with the organisation and this may even result in full time coaching roles or other opportunities within the charity”.
