This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and Oxford United are asking fans to #SpeakYourMind
Many of us are worried about coronavirus and how it will affect us and those we love. This is why MIND are encouraging you to #SpeakYourMind and reach out to someone who needs a friend with a positive message, or share with them your own tips for coping to make sure they don't have to face this pandemic alone.
One of the most common coping strategies many of us are using during these times is connecting with friends and family online. And for Mental Health Awareness week, it's more important than ever that we use our own experiences to help each other.
Nobody should have to face a mental health problem alone. That's why, this Mental Health Awareness Week, MIND are encouraging you to speak your mind and share your stories so others can see that they're not alone in the challenges they're facing.
As a club we pride ourselves on talking openly and leading the way in Mental Health Awareness and so this week’s Official Podcast focuses on Mental Health Awareness week.
It features Manager Karl Robinson and his wife Ann-Marie as well as her business partner Sheila Lord of BMR Health and Wellbeing
As an MHFA (Mental Health First Aid England) Training Organisation, BMR provide accredited courses to individuals at all levels and across all business sectors, on how to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental ill-health, both in themselves and others.
It’s a fascinating topic and the podcast is available to listen to RIGHT HERE or from iTunes or SpotifyMental Health Awareness Week
