Oxford United Masks On Their Way

Oxford United have teamed up with club partners Singha to produce thousands of face masks which we will be distributing to fans, the NHS and a number of local causes.

The fabric masks, featuring the Oxford United and Singha logos, are washable and designed to provide protection during these difficult times.

10,000 masks are on their way to the UK thanks to Chairman Sumrith 'Tiger' Thanakarnjanasuth  who told us

“Everyone at the club has been working so hard to help the local community and although I am further away I wanted to play my part as well, as do all of the Board. We want to help our fans but also the NHS and some great causes around Oxfordshire so we will be sending them to our older supporters and to our staff, players and their families and also delivering them to the NHS and working with the local council to make sure they go to the right people.

“I want to thank the staff who have volunteered to help distribute the masks, but most of all I want to thank the NHS staff and the key workers across Oxford and Oxfordshire who are doing such amazing work. We hope that the masks help you do that safely.”

The masks are due to arrive early next week and we will be posting them to all season ticket holders aged 55 and over as well as delivering to the NHS Trust and some fantastic causes around Oxford.

The masks will help, but the safest way for all fans to stay safe right now remains the same.
