Tomorrow’s game at Rotherham will hopefully see fans united in marking the passing of fans from both sides.
16 year old Rotherham season ticket holder Charlie Hunter passed away suddenly and unexpectedly last Sunday, the same day that one of Oxford United’s greatest fans, Andy ‘Womble’ James, passed away, aged 66.
Rotherham fans have contacted us asking if we can invite Oxford fans to join them in a minute’s applause in the 16th minute of tomorrow’s game, and we thought it would be nice if Oxford fans also marked Womble’s passing with a similar round of applause after 66 minutes.
