One of the features of the summer has been the number of new family season tickets being bought for 2019/20.
With the Family Room and Olly’s Den always popular and fantastic value on junior tickets in all areas we are seeing a new generation of Oxford fans coming to support the U’s.
With that in mind it is worth pointing out that because of new Data Protection laws there is a slightly different system in place when you are buying season tickets for family members. It’s not just family either: new GDPR regulations mean you need approval if buying tickets for other people.
The process remains simple:
- Sign in to your account
- Go to My Network
- Add members you need
- Select I can Manage tickets for ******
- Send request
- Then go into each account you want to manage
- If the person hasn’t got an account online, on the sign in page select ACTIVATE IT NOW and follow instructions using fan number and surname
- Go to My Network and accept request
After doing this everyone you need should be there.
Please note that you will need a different email address for each person.
