Georgia Clifford and Brogan Moore have signed for Oxford United Women, who begin their season later this month.
The pair strengthen Liam Gilbert’s side, who have had a strong start to pre-season this summer with wins over Southampton and Wolverhampton Women.
Georgia is a centre back who previously played for Reading and is known for her quality and composure on the ball in defence. Brogan, also a former Reading player, plays as an attacking midfielder and has been part of the Scotland international squad.
Georgia told us:
“I can't wait to get started with Oxford United. I'm really looking forward to joining the team. I know it's a good group with high ambitions.”
It has been a busy week for the United women who have also announced Gemma Sims and Cheryl Williams will be returning to the U’s for the 2019/20 season.
