Young left back to gain match experience with Burnham
Oxford United's under 18 defender Charlie Hawtin has joined Burnham on a work experience deal.Left-back Charlie, 18, will join up with his fellow youth team colleague Dejon Noel-Williams who is already at Burnham on a similar deal.
A work experience deal allows the pair to train with and play for both clubs.
