R2R Team Arrive Home

Donate to support the R2R team as they complete their 800 mile ride

The R2R Challenge arrived safely back at  Grenoble Road today at the end of a gruelling 800-mile bike ride from the Battle of the Somme to Oxford raising money for Combat Stress and the Oxford United Community Trust.

Chairman Darryl Eales and club staff joined the R2R team for three tough days earlier in the week and the whole team were given a standing ovation first at the training ground and then at the stadium where family and staff were on hand to welcome them home.

Come and cheer them home- fans are more than welcome to jopin the staff and players in cheering the riders over the finishing line

We are also asking supporters to donate £1 at every home game until the club's Military Day on 19th November. This will help in reaching the £100,000 target set by R2R to help members of the military suffering from stress-related disorders. Text RRCT22 £amount to 70070 at every home game to donate.

You can also donate to the team at the R2R JUST GIVING PAGE
