Drewett Signs Become Official Signage Partners

Signs are good for Oxford United

Oxford United are pleased to be working with Drewett Signs, who have become an Official Signage Partner to the club.

Drewett Signs joined the club’s growing partnership programme in the summer and have been hard at work both at the Kassam Stadium and at the training ground.

Work undertaken has included advertising boards, an acrylic Ox Head in club reception, pop-up banners featuring the players in hospitality areas, a superb corporate media backdrop used for hospitality photos and much more. They have also worked closely with the first team in producing personalised signage in the dressing rooms, with the players choosing images for their space in the changing room that would inspire them in matches.

As well as becoming an Official Signage Partner, Drewett Signs are also taking advantage of various commercial opportunities with the U’s, including advertising boards of their own, advertising on teamsheets, space on the fixture cards, matchday sponsorships, programme advertising and membership of United in Business.

Andy Wooldridge, Oxford United’s Head of Corporate said

“As a club we have a diverse set of needs in terms of signs around the stadium and at the training ground and we needed a partner who was flexible and could work to tight deadlines.

“Drewett Signs have been great to work with. They are totally professional and as well as making the ground look great they wanted to engage with the club’s many corporate partners. We put together a tailored package to deliver on this and provide an opportunity for them to entertain staff and clients with our fantastic hospitality.”

Paul Clark of Drewett Signs said

“We have a lot of Oxford fans in the business and we have greatly enjoyed working in and around the club in recent months. Fitting the signage in the changing rooms was a particular highlight and we hope the images have helped prepare the players before every game. We wanted a true partnership, one where we helped the club but also grew awareness of the business, and are delighted with the way things have developed.

“We look forward to the partnership going from strength to strength”.
