Oxford United Legends in Chipping Norton
A charity match in aid of The University of Oxford's Cancer Research Centre is being held at Chipping Norton FC this Sunday, 13th July, kick-off 2pm.
The game is in memory of Shaun Weller from Chipping Norton, who died aged 22 from liver cancer. He was a Chipping Norton player and a huge Oxford United fan.
The match was first played two years ago and is held every pre-season to help fundraise for such a worthy cause and in memory of Shaun.
United players will include Les Philips, Chrissy Allen, Les Robinson, Mike Ford and others, while Peter Rhoades-Brown manages the side.
