Craddock's back

Striker starts alongside Constable

Chris Wilder has made just one change to the United team that lost to Chesterfield last week. Striker Tom Craddock resurrects his partnership with James Constable up front, with Deane Smalley dropping to the bench.

This means that goalkeeper Luke McCormick is protected by a back four of Damian Batt, Michael Raynes, Jake Wright and former Cobbler Liam Davis, while Andy Whing and Scott Davies provide the central midfield contingent. Alfie Potter and Sean Rigg will produce the width on a boggy Sixfields playing surface.

United: McCormick, Batt, Raynes, Wright, Davis, Potter, Whing, Davies, Rigg, Constable, Craddock
Subs: Duberry, Heslop, Smalley, Brown, Worley, O'Brien, Parker
