Join us on Saturday as United welcome second placed Port Vale
Fresh from their great win at Gillingham last night United now look forward to the visit of second placed Port Vale to the Kassam Stadium on Saturday.
The U's beat the league leaders 1-0 at Priestfield last night but as Alfie Potter said after the game in Yellow Player, it is now all about repeating that type of performance against Mickey Adams' side on Saturday:
"We have shown that we can beat anyone on our day but now it's up to us to carry that on" Alfie told us after his dramatic late winner. "We let ourselves down at Vale earlier in the season and want to show that we are better than that performance. It was a great win last night and now we need to get that little bit of consistency that the top two sides have shown all season."
United will welcome Lewis Montrose back into the squad and hope to have Andy Whing available again after illness ruled him out last night.
