Boss Karl Robinson will be in the stands on Saturday when his Oxford United side take on Bolton Wanderers.
Karl serves a one-game ban after a yellow card at Portsmouth in midweek but knows his team remain in good hands:
"We are very lucky to have Craig Short, John Mousinho and Leon Blackmore-Such in the dug out" Karl told iFollow today.
"They have that experience, they know what we are all about and I can still be around the dressing room and in the stands so it shouldn't make too much difference to us really.
"I didn't realise I was suspended until the next morning but we have been able to plan and we are in good shape. James Henry should be available again and we will just keep an eye on one or two little things from Tuesday but hopefully they don't stop anyone from being involved.
"We have had long trips in midweek to places like Plymouth and Portsmouth and they can take their toll. There was a lot of time added on on Tuesday and last Saturday, and that is tough when you are down to ten men but we have focused on recovery and making sure we are ready, which we will be.
"I think anyone who saw those performances will have seen the players giving it their all. They are an outstanding group of young men and we will travel up to Bolton and know that every one of them is going to fight for every ball and be up for the challenge."
