Oxford United are delighted to announce the return of the clubās annual end of season awards evening, taking place at the Kassam Stadium on Sunday 24th April, after the penultimate game away to Rotherham United, from 6pm till late.
With the Uās nicely poised in the league table and once again pushing for promotion to the Championship, we welcome Uās fans and businesses to register their interest in joining us for the special evening, as we look back on what has been another memorable season in Unitedās history.
There are two ways to get involved, with tables available for individuals, groups, and businesses, as well as the opportunity to sponsor one of the awards and present it to the winner on the night.
If you are interested in joining us in April, please fill out the form HERE to register your interest.
The evening will include a three-course meal with awards in between courses, followed by fans hearing from the Board, Karl Robinson, and the winners of the following categories:
- The Andrew Knapton Supporters' Player of the Season
- The Jack Casley Young Player of the Year
- Goal of the Season ā voting held on the night
- The Golden Boot
- Players' Player of the Year
- Club Person of the Year
The Andrew Knapton award is named after Andrew, the voice of the London Road at the Manor, who sadly passed away in the summer of 2001. The Jack Casley award is named after Jack, who was one of the first ever professionals at the club, passing away in 2014. The trophy was donated by Jackās family in his honour.
The event is historically one of the highlights of the year and the whole squad will be in attendance to share the evening with fans, so register your interest to avoid missing out.
