Another young Oxford United midfielder has joined Biggleswade Town on loan.
Leon Chambers-Parillon has been a regular for the under 18 and under 21 sides for the last two years and is currently a rarity- a third year scholar with the U’s after his scholarship was extended due to the covid situation.
He has today joined Biggleswade on a work experience deal to give him experience of regular senior football and will team up with Fabio Lopes who starred for Biggleswade and was awarded Man of the Match on his debut against Sporting Bromsgrove on Saturday.
The pair have a familiar face to help them along with former United midfielder Scott Davies also in the team as well as taking a coaching role at the club.
The pair are likely to be in action in tomorrow night’s home game in the Southern League Premier against Leiston.
