Oxford United Walking Football are delighted to announce that they are to start ‘Ladies Only’ sessions where women over 35 can enjoy playing football and keeping fit.
Walking Football is a fast growing sport but the pace is a little gentler than usual and as well as a great way of gaining and maintaining fitness you also have the benefits of belonging to a team and a club where friendship and team bonding are an integral part.
It doesn’t matter if you have played the game before: everyone is welcome and the first one hour session will be held on Sunday 7th April at the Dome at the Oxford Academy, on Sandy Lane West, starting at 2pm.
