Excellent feedback for the U's
Oxford United have had some outstanding feedback on a recent EFL fan survey.
The U’s were ranked at number 9 out of all 72 EFL clubs for match satisfaction among supporters, with 76% of respondents selecting the highest rated element of match day experience. Amongst this, the club were well above average, scoring 8.4/10 on how valued the fans feel by the club, with the average across the other EFL clubs being 6.5 - two important aspects that we regard highly.
235 respondents took part in the 2016 survey, with 50% of those being season ticket holders. 54% of fans rated the club’s email communication as ‘excellent’, again being way above the average score of 28% across all other EFL clubs whilst 30% also rated the club’s merchandise as ‘excellent’ as opposed to 18% on average across all EFL clubs.
Furthermore, 55% of fans surveyed said that they brought someone new along with them to a game this year, which again is fantastic news as we strive to attract more and more people as we grow as a football club.
Finally, fans rated both the ease of ticket purchasing and time spent queuing for food and drink as ‘very good’, which all contributes to a better matchday experience here at Grenoble Road.
