Midfielder back in training for the U's
United had a boost this morning with the return of Jake Forster-Caskey to training.
The on-loan Brighton midfielder has missed the last three games for the U's after being laid low by a virus, but has come through that illness and was in training today for the first time in two weeks.
The 18-year-old played a full part in a 45 minute training match, with Harry Worley also involved and reporting no side effects after the session.
Manager Chris Wilder said:
"It was good to see Jake and Harry involved. It was a good sharp session and both came through it really well. Hopefully one or two more of our injured players won't be too far behind and we can start getting competition for places again."
