Alex Nott joins the walk
On Saturday 27th October 26 fans will join Director Simon Lenagan and U's legend Les Phillips to take part in the OxVox Walk to Wycombe. The 24-mile walk is being held to raise funds for the Oxford United Youth & Community Trust AND Helen & Douglas House hospices.
We were delighted to welcome Charlotte Nott to the training ground this week. Charlotte's father Alex is the latest supporter to join the walk, which has ready raised more than £2000.
It's not too late for you to sponsor those taking part. You can either donate online at www.justgiving.com/oxvox or you can donate in person this Saturday when OxVox will be holding their first members meeting of the season.
This will feature a Q&A session with Simon Lenagan who oversees the Oxford United Youth & Community Trust, which houses the club's YTS and community departments.
The meeting starts at 13:30 in the Landmark Room at the Kassam Stadium and will finish 30 minutes before kick-off for our game against Accrington Stanley.
The meeting is open to all OxVox members and non-members can either join in advance via (www.oxvox.org.uk) or join on the door. If your membership has recently expired you can also either renew online or on the door.
