The 20-year-old joined United on July 1 2024 on the expiry of his contract with West Ham United, where he developed through their academy system and featured as part of their matchday Premier League squad in the 2023/24 season.

Knightbridge also spent time on loan at Harrow Borough in the 2022/23 season and has earned one cap for the England Under-18 team.
